Choosing a new adventure for your child? Here’s where to start.
What ages are the books for?
Betta Fish Adventures is intended for children ages 6–12. Reading confidence varies: children can enjoy the stories independently or share them with an adult.
Can we read the books together at bedtime?
Yes. The series began as bedtime stories for Gabriel’s children, Arya and Krishna. Families can share the adventures aloud as well as read them independently.
Which book should we start with?
Start with The Adventures of Arya and Krishna Betta Fish, followed by Desert Oasis and Zero Gravity.
Are the books illustrated?
Yes. Illustrations accompany Arya and Krishna’s adventures. You can meet some of their friends in the character section.
Where can we buy the books?
Each book listing links to Amazon. For readers outside the United States, availability, formats, prices, and delivery depend on the country and retailer. Check your local Amazon store for the exact book title and Gabriel Bietz.
Are the activity books part of the story sequence?
The activity books and adventure journal are companions to the stories. The story sequence is Book 1, Desert Oasis, then Zero Gravity.
How do we request free activities or a teacher’s guide?
Use the resource request form and select what you would like. We’ll follow up by email. Joining the mailing list is optional.
Can we invite Gabriel to an author event?
